Yoga Class: Yin Yoga

Join us for a Yin Yoga Class!

In this style of yoga class, you will have the opportunity to slow down and unwind. In yin yoga, it is all about moving through only a handful of postures, giving yourself to opportunity to settle into your breath and find ease and release. This class is for all levels.

Class will be 45 minutes long and held in the Conference Room at 1900 N Mills Ave.

Please bring a mat or large towel, water bottle, and anything else you need to support you in your practice. We will have some additional materials, such as yoga blocks, straps, and padding to support you in your practice available.

Maneesha Tailor will be your teacher for this class.

*When attending enter through the class doors facing the middle of the parking lot, NOT by the lake*
