Consultation visits can be done in-person or telehealth.
We do not take insurance.
We must have all labs and images you have to be reviewed two weeks prior to your appointment.

Become a clientFollow-Up Appointments
These concierge follow-up appointments are for established clients who prefer an enhanced, personalized experience during their continued care.
Follow-Up Appointment Details:
- Follow-up appointments will be scheduled on Tuesdays only.
- These can be done in-person or telehealth.
- Fee: $600 per follow-up appointment (non-refundable).
- Appointment time frame will be between 30-45 minutes.
Follow-Up Appointment Policy Highlights:
- Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.
- Full payment of $600 is required at the time of booking.
- No insurance billing-this is a self-pay service.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested more than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- You will be asked to sign a Concierge Follow-Up Agreement prior to your visit.
