Founder of Sleep Restoration Program

Biography
Dr. Jeeten Jamnadas is a board-certified sleep medicine physician and founder of the Sleep Restoration Program at Aristotle Education. Trained at the University of Michigan and board-certified in both Sleep Medicine and Family Medicine, Dr. Jeeten developed a broad clinical perspective on the intersection between sleep, metabolism, and cardiometabolic disease. Over years of practice, he observed a recurring pattern: patients receiving fragmented solutions while the deeper physiologic drivers of their sleep disruption went unaddressed. That observation became the foundation of the clinical framework he uses today.
He completed additional training in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona, incorporating nutrition, behavioral science, and evidence-informed lifestyle strategies alongside conventional therapies such as CPAP, oral appliance therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
Dr. Jeeten is sought after for his expertise in sleep and metabolic health, with speaking engagements that include conferences for the Florida Association of Sleep Technologists and educational webinars for the World Bank’s IFC Wellness Center. He was also honored on the Top Physician 2025 list in Orlando Family Magazine.
Through extended consultations and personalized care, he helps patients restore deep, restorative sleep — the biological foundation for energy, metabolic health, cognitive clarity, emotional resilience, and long-term disease prevention.
