Biography

Michelle Cohen, BSN, RN, HNB-BC is a board-certified Holistic Nurse and Integrative Health Coach specializing in microbiome optimization. With a background in acute-care cardiovascular nursing and cardiac education, Michelle guides clients through making personalized lifestyle changes that support long-term vitality and disease prevention, empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being. 

Drawing on her clinical nursing experience, as well as advanced training in holistic nursing, coaching and functional microbiome health, Michelle helps clients bridge the gap between medical recommendations and real-life implementation. She helps people recognize barriers and create practical, achievable strategies focused on nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, movement, mindset, and sustainable habit change.

Michelle believes that lasting wellness comes from addressing the whole person—not just the symptoms. Her compassionate, educational approach empowers clients with knowledge, confidence, and accountability to make meaningful progress toward their health goals.

Before becoming a nurse, Michelle spent years as an ESL educator, writing tutor, and media professional. These experiences strengthened her ability to communicate complex health concepts in a clear, engaging, and actionable way. Her unique combination of clinical expertise, coaching skills, and educational experience enables her to support clients at every stage of their health journey.
