Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us two weeks in advance. Any cancellations less than two weeks before your appointment date will result in an additional $500.00 fee.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and you might need to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that our providers book appointments months in advance. To respect their time and fellow patients, we require that rescheduling occur no less than one week in advance of your appointment date. Failure to do so will result in an additional $500.00 fee.
Appointment Fees
- All fees must be paid in full prior to your appointment.
- All charges for our services, products, and fees are final and non-refundable.
- All prices of services and products offered are subject to change.
