Yoga Class: Feel Good Flow

Join us for a Feel Good Flow Yoga Class!
This class will include movement that will get you flowing, stretch out any kinks, and put a smile on your face 🙂 This is a class for all levels.
Class will be 45 minutes long and held in the Conference Room at 1900 N Mills Ave.
Please bring a mat or large towel, water bottle, and anything else you need to support you in your practice. We will have some additional materials, such as yoga blocks, straps, and padding to support you in your practice available.
Brieanna Jung will be your teacher for this class. This class is for all levels.
*When attending enter through the class doors facing the middle of the parking lot, NOT by the lake*
